Made by a local fisheries cooperative in Kasumi, our hometown.

This set includes two flavors of additive-free, first-harvest nori:
Crab and Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch).

Seasoned with locally made fish sauce, this traditional-style nori offers deep umami and rich flavor.

Ingredients:
Dried nori seaweed (Hyogo Prefecture), sugar, crab fish sauce / nodoguro fish sauce, salt, mirin, kombu.

Contents:
48 cut sheets (equivalent to 6 full-size nori sheets)
